Royal Gorge Region Artist Challenge
The Royal Gorge Bridge & Park and the Zonta Club of the Royal Gorge Region are sponsoring an art competition depicting historic Fremont County.
The entry must depict the theme: 150 years of historic architecture in Fremont County, Colorado. The Zonta Club of Royal Gorge will purchase the winning artwork for $500 which includes the artwork, copyright and all reproduction rights. The winning piece will be featured on various promotional items to be sold in the Royal Gorge Region.
Artwork will be shown at the Zonta Artful Women Exhibition in October 2011 at the Sunflower Bank Building, 531 Main St., Cañon City, CO.
The proceeds from the challenge and sales will benefit Zonta's scholarship fund.
